NOTAMS and NATS - AIS

I had one of thoughts this morning wouldn't be grate NATS - AIS (National Air Traffic Services) could offer NOTAMS (Notices to Airmen) as a KML feed with in Google Earth. This would be a very cool was of communicating with in 3D, temporary airspace changes or any other temporary changes that would be best suited to the 3D environment with in Google Earth. For any one who has looked at a NOTAM before for the first time it's not the most easiest thing to understand. From my point of view I think a 3D representation with in Google Earth would be enormous help to any one who is planing a flight. Any way just food for thought /images/emoticons/happy.gif.
