Geo-Blogging testing time shot

I've been testing out this evening, the time-stamp tag with in my KML 2.x template. So fare I've been very impressed, using Google Earth 4.0.2093 (beta), below is the three lines of code I've add to take advantage of the time-stamp tag in my template.

<TimeStamp>

<when>$entry.getDateAsFormat("yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss'Z'")</when>

</TimeStamp>

With in Google Earth you can then use the animation option or slide though in time to see when you Geo-Blog entries are posted. To test out my Geo-Blog in the latest version Google Earth click here to download my Geo-Blog kmz file.

There are also other good examples out there taking advantage of the animations and time-stamp tag, like the German whale tracking project.
